This policy aims to transparently disclose the data collection, processing, storage, and protection mechanisms of Toneflow applications, clarify platform privacy protection obligations and users‘ legitimate data rights and interests, and applies to all core functions such as application soundscene preview, focused timing, audio recording, local audio import, focused logging, and more.

By downloading, installing, running and continuing to use all the services of this App, users indicate that they have fully read, fully understood and voluntarily agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, granting the Platform the legal authority to process relevant local data in compliance. Users who reject the content of the terms and conditions should immediately terminate their use and uninstall this App.

All authorization calls serve only the basic functions of audio playback, recording, timing, and logging, without any background silent data collection operations.

App-acquired device permissions and local data are used only for user-initiated functional actions, including services such as preview playback of the six main categories of soundscene resources, focused countdown timer, local audio import analysis, high-fidelity audio recording, and focused time period log generation and display.

All data processing behaviors are limited to scenarios where the product functionality is just needed, and are never used for non-functional commercial uses such as user image analysis, commercial marketing, ad push, data sales, third-party sharing, etc. The entire process is compliant, transparent, and traceable.

4. Local Data Storage and Retention Rules

Toneflow is a purely localized tool application. All data processing operations such as audio playback, recording archiving, timing processes, and focused logs are completed locally on the user‘s endpoint device, without relying on cloud servers, remote synchronization, backup, and data upload mechanisms.

Data such as user-imported local audio, self-recorded sound-scene material, history focus logs, etc., remain only within the user‘s personal device. The platform will not privately copy, migrate, alter, or leak user-local data. Users enjoy absolute ownership and control over all personal video, audio, and recorded data.

Toneflow implements strict third-party data isolation mechanisms and never shares, transfers, sells, or discloses any local user data and device permissions information to any third-party entities, partners, advertisers, and individuals.

This application incorporates zero third-party SDKs, without external components such as data analysis, advertising statistics, social sharing, traffic monetization, and so on. It completely eliminates the risk of third-party privacy theft and data leakage, and operates cleanly and compliantly throughout the process.

7. User Privacy Self-Governance Interests

Users enjoy complete privacy autonomous control under a global compliance framework, enabling or disabling storage, microphone permissions, and self-managing the retention and deletion of audio material, focus logs, and recorded files at any time in their device‘s system settings.

Users can clear the application cache, reset feature permissions, or uninstall applications at any time, completely terminate all data reading and collection behaviors by applications, clear local traces of operations, and autonomously control personal privacy and security boundaries.

8. Privacy Protection for Minors

8.1

This application is open to users of all ages worldwide, strictly complies with COPPA, the International Convention on the Protection of Minor Data, and does not actively collect, retain, or analyze any sensitive personal privacy information from minors.

The use of this app by minors requires parental authorization and full supervision. The guardian can control device permissions and app usage behavior autonomously. The platform does not bear the privacy and security risks and responsibilities caused by the autonomous operation of minors.
